RIG PRO PDF Editor (“the app”) is an offline PDF editor for field teams. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
It has no user accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising. The
app does not hold the Android INTERNET permission, so it cannot
send data anywhere even in principle.
What the app stores, and where
All data is written to the app’s private storage area on your device:

The app reads the PDF files you explicitly open. It does not index them, scan your storage, or send their contents anywhere.
Editing your documents
When you open a document, Android gives the app access to that one file. The app works on a private copy inside its own storage, and when you save, it writes the result back to the same file you opened. Choosing Save As writes to a new file you pick. No copy is placed anywhere else, and no other file on your device is read or changed.
If Android closes the app while you have unsaved changes, a recovery copy is kept in the app's private storage so your work can be offered back to you next time. It is removed once the document is saved or the recovery is discarded, and it never leaves the device.
No part of this data is uploaded anywhere. Automatic cloud backup is
disabled (allowBackup="false"), so this data is not copied to
Google Drive either. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
Permissions
The app requests no Android permissions. Documents reach the app only when you choose them yourself — through the system file picker, or by sending a PDF to the app from another app’s share sheet. Android grants access to that one file, for that one session.
Network access
The app makes no network requests and declares no network permission. It works identically in airplane mode.
Data sharing and third parties
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. No data is sold, shared, or disclosed to anyone, because none is collected.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Rendering and editing engine
PDF pages are rendered and edited on your device by a PDF library bundled inside the app. Nothing is processed in the cloud. Document contents are never sent to Google or to any other server.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above changes with it, and the updated policy is published at the same URL before the corresponding app version is released.
