RIG-PRO Toolbox (“the App”) is an Android application that provides offline drilling-engineering calculators. This document describes what data the App processes and how.
The App takes drilling parameters you enter manually (mud weight, hole size, depths, flow rate, retort readings, etc.), performs deterministic engineering calculations locally on your device, and shows you the results on screen.
None. The App has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and no telemetry.
None. Because we do not collect data, we do not share, sell, rent, disclose, or transfer any data to any third party.
The App does not require an internet connection to run any calculator.
The Android manifest declares only the standard INTERNET
permission inherited by Flutter debug/profile builds; the release build does
not initiate any network calls. You can verify this by running the App in
airplane mode — all features work.
The App requests no runtime permissions (no camera, no location, no microphone, no contacts, no storage outside its own sandbox).
The App is intended for professional use by adults in the drilling industry. It does not knowingly collect data from any user, including children under 13.
Calculator output is decision support, not an approved operating procedure. Verify all inputs, units, formula applicability, and results against the drilling program, well-control procedures, laboratory standards, OEM data, and the responsible engineer’s review before acting on them.
If we ever start collecting data — for example, opt-in crash reporting — we will update this document, change the “Last updated” date above, and surface the change in the App before the new behavior takes effect.
